Conversations in Outlook
All of the activities in Lync are saved in the Conversations List. The Conversation History is also saved in Microsoft Outlook, in the desktop version of Microsoft Office..

4. Try This: Find the Conversations in Outlook
Go to Microsoft Outlook.
View the Folder Pane.

What Do You See? In between the Inbox and the Junk Email you should see the Conversation History.

Each Conversation, Call or Meeting includes the links to the Email and Contact Cards. This record also includes the Modes used in the Conversation. This example used a Lync Call and Shared a Presentation.
